Предыстория
Круглая связка (LT) привлекла внимание пациентов, перенесших артроскопию тазобедренного сустава (HA) при фемороацетабулярном импинджменте (FAI). Действительно, требуется лучшее понимание функции LT и ее последствий для клинических результатов при наличии разорванной LT. В этом систематическом обзоре анализируются показатели результатов, сообщаемые пациентами (PROM), и частота осложнений, когда вовремя HA при FAI обнаруживается неповрежденная или разорванная LT.
Методы
Исследования, в которых сравнивали пациентов с неповрежденным LT с пациентами с разорванным LT, которым проводили дебриджмент во время артроскопии тазобедренного сустава для FAI, были найдены в Web of Science, PubMed и Embase. Минимальный период наблюдения для включения составил 24 месяца. Инструмент Risk of Bias in Non-randomised Studies of Interventions (ROBINS-I) использовался для оценки риска смещения. Результаты
Систематический обзор выявил два исследования, включающие 611 пациентов. Выводы
У пациентов, проходящих артроскопическое лечение FAI, неповрежденная или разорванная круглая связка, обработанная с помощью дебриджмента, не влияет на послеоперационные PROMs. Учитывая важность LT как структуры тазобедренного сустава и растущий интерес к HA для FAI, дальнейшие стандартизированные исследования станут ценным источником для хирургов, сталкивающихся с этой патологией.
